Obamacare is one step closer into socializing American medicine. The Obamacare Plan plans to put a penalty fee in 2015 on anyone who has not purchased health insurance by the end of 2014. This penalty would be legal because Congress has the ability to tax. Others argue that insurance does not fall under the commerce clause, and some are worried that if the government can mandate the people to buy insurance, what else can they make the people buy?
