The big Jamba Juice sale for the Granite Hills choir department resulted in success.
On Sept. 14, students gathered outside of the cafeteria to purchase Jamba Juice to support the Granite Hills choir program.
“Choir this year is going phenomenally,” stated choir teacher Susanna Efseaff, “I love it.”
Money earned from the fundraiser went straight to the general funds for performances and any trips taken this year.
The fundraiser was a great success because selling a one-time-only product on campus, different from all other products sold, usually gets more students willing to spend money on it.
“I bought Jamba Juice because we usually don’t have it on campus and it was cool that we were able to have something different on campus,” said sophomore Jasmin Munguia.
The proceeds will go to concert choir for an upcoming SCICON trip (science and conservation camp) and a choir tour in April of next year.
“I thought it was nice helping out the choir kids, and I still got to enjoy it myself by getting to have what I love, Jamba Juice!” said freshmen Linda Hatcher.
The choir program has many more upcoming events and fundraisers so be sure to support the Granite Hills choir program.
