      Teen Health Tips

To ensure that you keep your body energized and healthy, eat a variety of foods! If you are eating a variety of foods, you are more likely to get the nutrients your body needs. Don't be afraid to try new foods!

Drink plenty of water AND milk. Water helps keep your body healthy and hydrated, while milk has calcium to help build strong bones.

Listen to your body! Take note when you feel full and do not over eat. Eating too much can make you feel uncomfortable and over a period of time, can lead to unhealthy weight gain.
